We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your items to request a return and/or refund.

To be eligible for a return and/or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (carton box, plastic bag etc.etc). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We only accept returns and/or refunds for the following reasons:  Damaged items, we sent incorrect or wrong items. missing items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a e-mail  you will receive by e-mail the RMA  (return code) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at italian.mc.ltd@gmail.com.

Damaged items Please inspect and photograph your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it. We offers a full refund or a replacement if arrived items are badly damaged or a partial refund or a replacement if arrived items are partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches,etc.)

Incorrect items, wrong items or missing items or parts Please inspect and photograph your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is incorrect or wrong (color, size etc.) so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.  For incorrect items, we offers a full refund or replacement. For items with the wrong color, size which doesn’t

affect item function, etc., we offers a refund or resend.  For missing parts that don’t affect product function, we may refund partially or resend the missing part; for ones that indeed affect, we will resend the product only. For accessories, we will resend the accessories.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Orders delayed Late orders are considered 60 days after departed from our warehouses.

Orders not received We will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered. If the customer do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office or courier with the official seal is necessary. Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows “Alert”, the reasons are listed as below: a) Incorrect/insufficient address. b) Invalid number. c) Unknown recipient. d) Refused. e) Do not pick up in time. f) No safe delivery location. g) Uncleared customs. h) Others. We are not responsible for any incorrect or missing data entered by the customer when creating the account..

Orders cancellation To cancel the order after having made the payment, send the request immediately an e-mail. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel and refund within 10 days.

Force Majeure reasons We takes no responsibility for any product damage or shipping delay caused by the act of God, including but not limited to: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However, We will notify you by Email or WhatsApp.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
